Our priority is to insure that your purchase arrives safely:
1.  We use new sturdy boxes sized for your shipment and surround the items with new Styrofoam peanuts.  If your item is not in its original box, we carefully wrap in bubble wrap.  2.  Insurance is included so there is no loss to either party if mishap occurs.

We offer combined purchase discounts on  shipping costs.  The estimated shipping cost for each additional item is $6.00 International.  This is only an estimate to help you you’re your purchases.  If you purchase multiple items please wait until invoiced to pay for your purchases so the correct shipping fees are charged.

We reserve the right to determine the number of items that will be combined in one package.  This will be determined by the size and weight of the items.  International shipments will not exceed $500 per package due to insurance limitations. The safety of your purchase is and always will be our #1 priority. 

BID WITH CONFIDENCE.   YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.  IF YOU FEEL THE ITEM YOU RECEIVE IS NOT AS DESCRIBED, PLEASE CONTACT US.  WE WILL WORK TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION.  IF IT IS DECIDED THAT AN ITEM IS TO BE RETURNED, SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.  IF WE SIGNIFICANTLY MISREPRESENTED THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM ALL SHIPPING FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.  WE MUST RECEIVE THE SAME ITEM SENT AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IT LEFT US IN.  ITEMS BOUGHT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  ANY DAMAGE TO THE ORIGINAL ITEM AND/OR PACKAGING MAY RESULT IN A REDUCTION OF THE REFUND UP TO AND INCLUDING NO REFUND GIVEN.
