The Tag reads: 100% Pure Silk!! 

From Underarm to Underarm, this jacket measures Approx. 27" NOT STRETCHED and from the top of the shoulder to the Bottom Hem measures Approx. 29 Inches. The sleeves are long.  This also has shoulder pads. 

This is Dry Clean Only! This reminds me of the one that Madonna wore when she first came out. 

 I took the pictures outside to try to get better light but doesnt do this justice. VERY PRETTY!!
