This is in good condition for a core to be rebuilt, the engine does turn over, however it is stuck in gear, I had it in nuetral but it's stuck now, the shift shaft splines are worn, the kickstarter splines are worn and it slips inside. Crank shaft turns. This should fit most years of the Honda QA50. You be the expert and do the research before you buy. Check an online dealer website's parts numbers against your model to be sure.
