Shipping:

We ship both domestically and internationally.

Domestic items are sent via Priority Mail or First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation/Signature Confirmation (Items $250+)

For international buyers. We will ONLY ship via Express Mail or Priority Mail depending on the item and weight.  We only use these two methods due to tracking and insurance reasons.  Postage might be high but it saves both of us from shipping hassles if they happen to occur.  Please do not contact us asking to ship First Class or in a Flat Rate Priority envelope, we will not do that.

Payment:

Payment is due within 3 days of the listing ending.  If you need more time to make a payment please contact us prior to the listing ending to confirm that this would be OK.

New York State Sales Tax & International Customs Charges :

All buyers within the state of New York must pay sales tax on their purchases (item price+shipping).

International buyers:  Please consult with your customs office to determine how much you can possibly be charged when picking up your package (import duties, taxes, etc.).  These extra fees are not included in the purchase price of the item.  It is against the law to devalue or mark items as gifts so please do not ask us to do so. 

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item (package must be postmarked within the 14 days). The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Once the item is received back to us in the same condition it was sent, we will refund your purchase minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. We will only issue a refund if all of these guidelines are met.
