We are listing this GoPro Wi-Fi Combo kit and including 2 free batteries and a battery charger which was made for HERO 2. It was purchased along with several other items with our Hero2. (Several items we never opened or used), because we ended up with a Hero3 as a gift.  I have the receipt from this showing we paid $139.99 for the combo kit, and then another $20 for the batteries.  Spring cleaning time.  I am offering it for $39.99.  The outer box is taped up so it does not fall apart at the bottom during shipping. It has not ever been used, removed from the box. 

We have been told the REMOTE will work with the GoPro Hero 3, you just don't use the wi-fi bacpac part as it is not needed with the GoPro Hero3. Do your research as I do not know if that is the case since we never used this, but that is what we were told. The item is sold as a complete set however, and again, no returns.
