This is a leaf from a "La Saincte Bible" or French Catholic Bible, Paul’s Second Epistle to the Corinthians chapters 1-4. It was printed in 1581 at Lyon By Barthelemi Honorati. The folio size paper leaf measures 365 x 243 mm in totality and contains 64 lines of French text printed double column in a transitional typeface. The verso contains the same type, lines & layout.(Not in Darlow & Moule, earlier version of entry 3735) This leaf contains minor staining.
