The very attractive silver overlay encases a lovely blue bottle which looks like glass.

It is in excellent uncleaned condition, .

No chips or cracks to body and the bottle can stand upright on base.

Measures 5 cm wide and 5 cm high including the top

This has been tested as silver and some of the overlay is missing on both sides. There is a mark to the top that I can't make out.

The only issue is the top does not come off as far as I can see also there seems to be a tiny hinge to one side, but I just can't find a way to open it.  It can be used as a pendant if required because there is a loop to the top.
