For certain high-risk countries (including but not limited to: Malaysia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Bulgaria, Italy, India, Pakistan, Russia and most Federation Republics, Turkey, Ukraine, Central and South America), we have to ship by Registered mail, regardless of value, in order to obtain a Tracking number. If you reside in any of these countries and win the item, the Registered Airmail shipping fee of $14.00 will be added to the invoice, or you will be billed for the additional cost if you pay for the item, before we send you an invoice.

 Items selling for $50 or more will be shipped by Insured/Certified mail in the US ($3.00 fee) or Registered Mail to most other countries ($14.50 added fee). Thank you!
