• Delivery time taken from postal service NOT from us: 7-14 business days (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays NOT INCLUDED) to Australia, USA, United Kingdom, Germany, France. 
• 7-30 business days to most other countries especially Italy.
  
• We can only assure delivery up to the post office, after that it is beyond our control. If for whatever reasons or it may be, you did not received your item during the stated period, kindly be patient with our postal services, they are human too.
