Shipping & Delivery

• Please make sure your address you enter via our checkout is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.

• We offer combine postage paid for at the same time via our checkout. Just wait for all your items to end before making payment.

• Dispatch of goods is during business hours from Monday - Friday.

• Item will not ship until payment has been received in full. 

• We will do everything we can to ensure delivery, but can ultimately not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Returns & Exchange

• We want to keep you as a valued customer therefore our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

• Contact us via eBay message and we will have appropriate arrangement for you.

• If the item is defective, contact us within 2 days. we must receive item within 7 days and we will exchange any defective merchandise for the same model and no refund will be issued.

• Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents. Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable. Your refund will be processed when your returned items are received.

Feedback Policy

• We love leaving positive feedback for all our buyers. Once you get the item please inspect it and make sure you got exactly what you paid for. If all is well, please take a moment and leave us a positive feedback.
