Buyer must fully understand that all items are sold "as is" with limited warranty. All auto parts require maximum or minimum modification. There is no part that FIT PERFECT unless item description show "FIT PERFECT". If you are not sure if the  item can fit or not, you must consult with someone in this knowledge field. You can pre-line the item to see if the item fit or not. As long as you DO NOT ASSEMBLE the item then it's replacable or refundable, All items already ASSEMBLED will not be able to process RETURN or REFUND
 
Payment Method
Hipro Power currently accepts PayPal payment ONLY through Paypal.
 
Payment must be received within 7 days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after 7 days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
 
Sales Tax
An 8.75% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to California. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.
 
Shipping Policy
All orders are automatically processed and sent to your PayPal confirmed address; no other addresses may be specified. Shipping is for the Continental U.S. - 48 state only. HI, PR, AK, and Virgin Island will be AIR SHIPMENT ONLY. Please check SHIPPING BOX for shipping & handling charged. For P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO address, please check SHIPPING BOX for detail Shipping charge or extr a. Items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after we receive the payment. All shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
 
We do not provide local pick up or will-call.
 
Return Policy
All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged by shipping carrier or our listing error and mistake. We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt. All items come with 30 days store warranty unless advertised differently. After 30 days, the balance of the warranty is carried direct with the manufacturer, and we will assist customer to forward return products to manufacturer for warranty service.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. No refund after 30 days. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded. No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, only DOA (defect on arrival) product return apply no shipping charge.

Return Procedures
Please contact us by eBay's "contact member" to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. If package return with unfair or damage packing style, it will not be accepted (will take photo if need it ). All RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number, will not be accepted.
