Payment Instructions
PayPal: PayPal is the most easy and hassle free way to pay for online transactions. It's also the only method we currently accept.

Sales Tax: If you live in AZ or CA you will be charged Tax during checkout. Most items I sell do not require CA tax, but if they do require CA tax, you will be charged for it accordingly. If it's not required then it will be promtly refunded. Some of our suppliers have established business in the state of California and require us to collect it. AZ and CA tax will only be collected if your ship to address is in CA or AZ.
Combined Shipping: All US Orders (DOMESTIC) ship free via standard ground no matter what or how much you buy. Shipping is included in the price. If you need your items faster than standard ground, then all you need to do is order the items your need from my store, but do not pay. When your done ordering let me know and I will combine them into one invoice with a priority combined shipping discount. There's no obligation to pay as this will be your quote. If you like the price, pay the invoice and the items will be shipped shortly thereafter.
Best Offers: Shipping is included in the price. Best offers are for volume domestic orders only! Do not make an offer if you're only ordering a single item; it will be denied. If you are making offers and will be ordering mulitple items, include a brief list of the items you are ordering. ALL international orders are welcome to make best offers as shipping is not included in the price. Take note that the more you buy, the more you save!
Return Policy
Unwanted Orders:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of the products we sell. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price less applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs. We do not accept returns for refund on the following items: Watercooling products and Tubing.
Our restocking fee applies to all non-defective, returned items -- no exceptions! Original shipping charges are also non-refundable. Products must be returned in original, unopened and undamaged, resellable condition with all included accessories, packaging and documentation. Retruns will be rejected if you open the packaging, or installed it, or touched it, or exposed the copper, or all of the above, we will not accept your return due to the product being non-resellable.
Warranty:
We offer a 30-day warranty on all our products to be free of defects and will be replaced without question, provided the product has not been subject to abuse, misuse, neglect or physical damage. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. After this period you will need contact the manufacture directly.
International Orders:
International orders are typically not under warranty by the manufacture, so before you make your purchase please view the manufactures warranty policy! If covered under warranty, the manufacture may require it to be shipped to us. If this is the case, then all shipping and customs charges are the responsibiltiy of the buyer. ALL international orders have insruance included in the price. If your parcel has not been delivered 45 days from the ship date, please contact us to begin a claim with our insurance company. Insurance is not negotiable.
