It is your responsibility before purchasing the part to check it is correct. We will give advice and answer any questions to establish if the item is the correct part for your car. If a supplied part is returned because it is wrong, (wrongly ordered by customer), we will refund the item less 15% HANDLING CHARGE UK only. Overseas buyers will be charged the original shipping cost +15%. If you have asked us if the part will fit prior to ordering and we state it will fit, you are then entitled to a full refund including the original cost of delivery, upon receipt of the incorrect part. The cost of returning the part is the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. We will only accept returns if in original packaging and in a clean condition. Any damages or wrong parts sent must be notified in 7 days by email to info@trechii.com All returns must be sent back using ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR SERVICE.

SHIPPING

Please make sure we have your telephone number as this can delay your delivery if our delivery agents need to contact you. All large items are dispatched via courier and small items via Royal Mail.

 

We will only send replacement items once our delivery agents confirm the item is lost. This will be14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via ebay if you have not received your item after the 14-day period.

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY THE COURIER OR ROYAL MAIL. Our shipping agents are FedExUK, Fedex International & Royal Mail.

 

WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES REPLACE ANY PART UNTIL IT IS RETURNED TO US, IF YOU NEED YOUR VEHICLE ON THE ROAD THEN YOU MUST BUY ANOTHER PART/SET ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT A REFUND  OR REPLACEMENT WE BE DONE ONCE THE GOODS HAVE BEEN CHECKED OUT BY THE MANUFACTURERS AND CONFIRM AS FAULTY.
