Hello Rider's Choice, I just wanted to write and thank you (not enough room on Ebay Feedback to fully express my sentiments!) Last week I received the purple bareback pad I'd ordered from you and totally LOVE it! I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and efficient shipping, and excited for the purple saddle pad/girth/collar I decided I "needed" to arrive. It was there today when I got home and of course it exceeded my expectations! We accept payments by mail and Paypal. We also provide a layaway service but you MUST call 256-597-2424 and set that up before you make any purchases.

Shipping of IN-STOCK items:

In stock items will be shipped within one business day of payment clearing. You will be emailed a tracking number that will also be posted on Ebay.

Shipping of Custom built items:

If you item must be made it will be shipped within one business day of the completion of the build. Please note **You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as payment is made but this number will not be the final correct number. Another tracking number will be sent to you when you order is final and shipping.

Shipping in the 48 United States:

All shipping within the 48 U.S. is free. Saddles, pads, pad sets, and other items weighing more than 4 pounds will ship U.P.S.

All items weighing less than 4 pounds such as straps, conchos, stirrups, breast collars, and headstalls may ship via U.S.P.S.

Shipping outside the 48 United States:

All shipments outside the 48 U.S. will incur added shipping cost. Most can be located under the shipping tab in the auction.

All shipments outside the 48 U.S. will be via U.S.P.S. Also know that you will normally have customs charges to pay as well.

Return and Refund information

You may return any item for any reason. You have 20 days to return the item. For the item to be returned it must be in like new condition: this means unridden, without marks on the straps, horse hair or smells, etc. With this purchase the buyer agrees to pay any and all return shipping and insurance charges along with a 20% restock fee or the original shipping cost, whichever is higher. Please let us know you are returning an item by calling 256-597-2424. We will send you a mutual transaction agreement which states that we both agree to forgo the transaction. Once the item arrives in good condition your refund will be sent in same method that you paid.

All saddles and pads automatically carry insurance included in the shipping/handling price. Small items such as straps or other small tack may require you to buy insurance and that is recommended.
