Description
Large, 10" / 250mm diameter silicone cake mould. This type mould / tin makes a really big cake- ideal for birthday cakes, gateaux's, large coffee shop cakes or something special for afternoon tea !
Our daily use silicone moulds are made from black silicone to be in keeping with traditional bakeware tins and trays. They're heavier duty than most of the silicone moulds you can buy.
The point of silicone though is it's easy-release properties and the fact that it's flexible. You do need to use them on a baking tray in the oven as they should never be lifted when full without support.
