Our automated shipping system can only use the address you provide on eBay when you purchase this item.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate address on eBay.

NOTE: Most items to Canada will ship from our Vancouver office and items to the USA from our Blaine, WA office, However, some items will be shipped differently and some from the manufacturer directly.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can request to return it within 14 days of the original delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

General Return conditions:

1. Returned items should be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, batteries, adapters or any other items that were originally packed with the order.
2. Mozaik will only accept returns of items that have not been assembled by the buyer and have not been used both above water and underwater.
3. All returns must be coordinated by us and issued with an RMA Number.
4. Shipping and packing returning items will be at the customer's expense.
5. A Store refund or credit will only be given after the product has been received and inspected by Mozaik staff and/or the manufacturer. Refunds and Credits will be subject to restock fees as listed below depending on the products ordered.
6. The shipping charges incurred by Mozaik to originally post the product to the customer will at no circumstances be reimbursed.

Conditions for Returns

All items with a value below 100$

1. Mozaik will charge a 30% restock fee for any of the above items that are below 100$. This fee will be charged regardless of the return reason, unless the products received are damaged or items are returned that were not ordered.

Underwater Housings and Lights under 300$

1. Mozaik will charge a 20% restock fee for any of the above items that are below 300$. This fee will be charged regardless of the return reason, unless the products received are damaged oritems are returned that were not ordered.
2. Mozaik will accept returns in this category only if the original manufacturer/vendor agrees to accept this return. Refund will be given only after the vendor has received and approved that the item is to their standards.
3. Custom Made Products that were custom-made or the customer cannot be returned. Please consult with our staff before purchasing your equipment.

Underwater housings and Equipment over 800$

1. Mozaik will charge a 20% restock fee for any of the above items that are below 800$. This fee will be charged regardless of the return reason, unless the products received are damaged or items are returned that were not ordered.
2. Mozaik will accept returns in this category only if the original manufacturer/vendor agrees to accept this return. Refund will be given only after the vendor has received and approved that the item is to their standards
3. Custom Made Products that were custom-made for the customer cannot be returned. Please consult with our staff before purchasing your equipment.

Mozaik is an authorized dealer of almost every manufacturer in the industry.

All products are warranted by the manufacturer and Mozaik will honour this warranty for the time specified by the manufacturer.

Warranty claims can be done directly through the manufacturer or by contacting us.
