How long will it take to arrive?

This item is: In stock | Usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Your delivery should arrive based on the service you choose:

Second Class Post: 3-6 Working Days

First Class Post: 2-4 Working Days

Courier: 1-3 Working Days

How will I know it has been sent?

You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent.

Please allow 15 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.

Any orders placed after 14:00pm on Friday will be despatched the next working day (Monday).

We advise you to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, and to check any outhouses you might have where a parcel may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

Returns

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. You can return any unopened item within 14 days of the date of your receipt of your order.

Please package up securely and safely and include details of your order number, name and address, and whether a replacement or refund is required. Note a refund will be issued after postage deductions. All items are to returned at the customers expense.

Please include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is and the item will be tested unpon receipt.

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you send it. Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you.

The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. If the item does not include the original packaging a charge may be made.
