This is a clam sea shell fossil we found on a Washington state beach. It is embedded into a piece of sandstone. It measure approximately 4+3/4 inches long x 4+1/2 inches wide. Measured from the longest point to point on the sandstone. It is in no way a perfect seashell fossil. It could have chips, minor cracks, missing spots and normal wear with being a beach found fossil! The more wear these have the more personality they have! If it could talk just imagine the story this one has to tell. It would be great for decoration in the room with a nautical theme or for that beach house decor.
