PAYMENT
Payment is taken via Paypal. However we are able to accept card payments over the phone. Please call our mail order number 0114 2738493. This number is for mail order only. If you would like to speak to someone regarding an order please email hello@bangbangvintage.com

A lot of our items are immediate payment only via paypal but email us if you would like to pay over the phone and we can take the immediate payment off.

FOR OUR BEST SERVICE
Please pay immediately after sale for our best service. Failure to do so may result in a delay with the packing and posting of your item.
Our maximum payment allowance is 3 days of auction end. After this time ebay may open an unpaid item reminder on our behalf due to the software we use.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you need an item rushing for a special occasion or event you MUST email us. If we don’t know about it we can’t ensure it will reach you in time and we don’t want you to be disappointed. Please check our holiday settings in our ebay shop to make sure we are not away at your time of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE. We do not read messages on paypal payments so please send us a message.

DISPATCH
If purchased before 2pm Mon-Fri your item will be dispatched same day for no extra cost.
This excludes bank holidays/other holidays and times when our holiday settings are on.

NEXT DAY
Unfortunately items are not guaranteed next day as the delivery service is down to Royal Mail.

COMBINED POSTAGE
We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases bought at the same time. Please send us a message with the item numbers so we can calculate your total. We’ll try and keep it as low as possible for you. If you can’t wait to buy, simply purchase the items you require and then email us for a postage refund after you’ve paid.

COSTS INVOLVED
Our charges are for postage AND packaging costs, not just what you see on the stamp.

INTERNATIONAL
We do post internationally but if your items total £20 or more we’ll ask you to pay a £3.50 additional charge for a priority signed for service. Please note this when buying. International delivery can take 5 – 21 days so please hang in there.

LOST ITEMS
Bang Bang will not be held responsible for items lost in the post. Most of our items are sent with tracking and we add the tracking number to your Paypal payment at dispatch so you can trace your item online at the Royal Mail website.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
Please keep an eye out for your package. If you miss it it will be held at your sorting office for 7 days. Items that are not collected and returned to us will be subject to a second postage charge or can be collected from Sheffield.
RETURNS
Items may be exchanged for any reason within 7 days of receipt in the same condition sent.

POSTAGE CHARGES
Postage is non refundable. By purchasing from us you are committing to a non refundable shipping service whether you wish to keep an item or not. This is a term of sale.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN
If you wish to return an item you must notify us on hello@bangbangvintage.com within 7 days of purchase.

YOUR EXCHANGE
After the p&p amount is deducted you will be offered an exchange, store credit or a paypal redeemable gift voucher to the value of your item.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM
You are responsible for any return costs and we recommend sending any returns with tracking. If you don’t and the item is lost in the post we will not be able to exchange.

ORIGINAL CONDITION
We only issue exchanges when we have an item back in the condition it was sent. If we believe an item has been worn or has been damaged in your care (we keep photography records of the condition of all goods sold)  we will return the item to you and a refund/exchange will not be granted.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
Complying with the Sales of Goods Act 1979 all sales will be issued with a credit note or exchange, due to the second hand nature of our goods our company policy is to offer an exchange for goods up to the same value or a credit note not a refund. Items that do not fit, are no longer wanted, have missed required dates or have minor flaws (as mentioned above) are not deemed valid for refund but an exchange will always be offered if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
