We do our best to describe and photo each item we list.  It is up to you to ask questions before you buy.  We do not offer refunds, unless the item is no longer available.  If you choose to buy any of our items we expect you to finalize the sale with payment, failure to do so within 4 days will result unpaid actions initialized against your Ebay account.  We do this to recoup fees automatically deducted from our account the moment you make your purchase.  Ebay is a serious market place for serious buyers.  We hope you'll respect that fact.  We pride ourselves in offering fast professional service on all of our items.   You are welcome to contact us as any time during your choice of any of our items.

INSURANCE:
          -- Insurance is not automatically offered.  If you want your item insured, please

         -- It is important protect your purchases by requesting insurance on valuable
             or breakable items, as some items may suffer damage during transit by the
             postal carrier.

FLAT RATES: 
Flat rate service is provided to offer a low cost shipping method. Your package may be sent by first class, parcel post, media mail or other methods by our choice. We do our best to provide low cost shipping costs. 

  -- We're always willing to work with you to get your package to you in a timely and safe method. 

RETURNS/Refunds/Exchanges:
   -- All sales are final, all items are sold as-is, in as-seen-in the photos condition.
   -- It is up to you, the buyer, to ask questions about an item before you purchase it.
   -- When you purchase one of our items, it is understood that you have read the complete listing description
       and fully acknowledge and accept what you're buying and the terms of the sale.
   --We will accept return if you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You must return
       the same xact item, in the same exact condition, and notify us by email that you intend to return an item.
   --We offer EXCHANGE or CREDIT towards exchanged merchandise only, no exceptions.  Your credit
       is towards merchandise in our Ebay Store. This credit is good for one year, following the return of the exact
       item; we'll keep a record of your credit in our office, filed by your name, and you just need to mention it
       when you call or email about the item(s) you would like to exchange.
   -- All postage, both to and from are to be paid by YOU the buyer.
   --Although breakage during transit doesn't happen often, in the case where an item is damaged during transit, and
      did not include insurance, we are not responsible for the damage. It's best to ask first.  We pack well, but
      once a parcel is passed to the carrier, we cannot control how the package is handled.
   -- If we send you the wrong item, as we are human, we take full responsibility, including all postage necessary to return the item.
