If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within 30 days of receiving, for a return. We will issue a RMA number and directions on how to complete the return. Please do not send anything back to us without an assigned RMA number. All non-authorized packages will be refused.
All returning item/(s) must be in original new condition with all original packaging and accessories or a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping & Handling costs are non refundable and are covered by the buyer.
Shipments Damaged by Delivery Carrier
If you receive your package and the item is damaged, buyer must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will them set up a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement. If an item is not available for replacement, we will issue you a full refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be credited.
