This is for a FOIL version of the card. Yes, it is foil. This card was originally in a PRECONSTRUCTED deck, it is not a promotional version. Almost all of the cards we sell we buy from players. Some cards have a tiny amount of wear on them, but almost all of our cards are near mint.
This is a PreCon card. PreCon is short for preconstructed. A preconstructed deck or box is a group of cards put together by Wizards and purchased all at once in a non random package. For example, From the Vault sets, Duel Decks, and Premium Foil decks are all PreCon cards, whereas booster packs of the most recent set are NOT PreCon cards. PreCon cards are different from Promo cards, in that Promo cards are usually given away singly, and are initially free.

US shipping typically takes 1 week, but can sometimes take as long as 2 weeks. International shipping typically takes 2 weeks, but can sometimes take as long as 5 weeks.

All cards are in at least Excellent condition, with most being in Near Mint condition.

Cards are shipped the same or the next business day after we receive your payment.

After you commit to this purchase, you can either complete ebay checkout, or purchase more cards. Once you have paid through paypal, you can no longer combine purchases to receive S&H at the reduced rate.

If you are an international buyer, the ONLY way to get tracking is through FedEx. If your purchase is large enough, we may ask you to pay for FedEx, for your protection and ours.

ALL cards are shipped in toploaders, to protect them from your and my post office employees.
