You can pay for your order by Credit card, Debit card, Cash, Paypal, cheque or BACS. We accept payment in Sterling and Dollars.
We welcome layaway payments, we ask for 50% of the item value as a deposit (including shipping) and fully repaid within 3 months. If goods purchased on layaway are later returned, or , in the meantime, the customer changes their mind, a 20% restocking administration fee is applicable.

We will ensure that the price of goods and services we are offering are clear and easily found. That means that the price is clearly seen and no hidden extras like taxes. A postage delivery charge is added to each sale, see above. The price you pay is displayed on the website at the time we receive your order, however, while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur, In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to offer you the item at the correct price, or cancelling the order and sending you a full refund.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will give you a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges). You must notify us by email or telephone within 7 days once you receive the item. Items must be returned fully insured for the price paid, in the same condition as dispatched, in the original packaging, without any alterations or damage and please include your sales receipt. Returns or credits will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of item (s). We will confirm receipt of the returned item(s) and completion of the refund, by email. If the item has been misrepresented you will get a full refund and your shipping refunded.
Misrepresentation
Unless otherwise stated, any sizing and colour assessments attributed to diamonds and coloured gemstones are necessarily determined without disturbing the integrity of the piece; therefore, assessments represent close approximations, due to limitations imposed by the mount.
Antique Jewellery Online Ltd will not consider the opinion of any other 3rd party other than a qualified and experienced gemmologist / antique jewellery expert. Should you feel that your item has been misrepresented then please return the item within 7 days and Antique Jewellery Online Ltd will pay for an independent assessment to be carried out.
If the item has been proven to be misrepresented you will get a full refund and your shipping refunded.
Exported Goods
Any return from outside the UK must be clearly marked "Returned Goods". Country of Origin UK. Failure to do so will incur Custom Charges and extra carrier handling Fees which will be chargeable to sender.
