The ultraDMX product is a robust single universe bi-directional DMX512 interface communicating with the host computer over USB.

Actual Shipping Cost:  SIRS Electronics only charge for the actual cost for shipping the item. We only use fast shipping services for customer satisfaction. Domestic - USPS First Class, Fedex Ground, Fedex Express Saver, Fedex 2nd Day, Fedex Standard Overnight.  International - USPS Priority Express and UPS World Wide (We use equivalent service Fedex Economy International).

Handling Fee:  Actual packaging materials costs are charged. A handling fee in addition to actual shipping cost is include but not excessive.

Insurance:  SIRS Electronics only charge the actual fee for insurance which is optional. We use a licensed 3rd party insurance company.

International Import Duties, Taxes and Charges:

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Tax:  Only actual applicable Texas state taxes are charge.

Return Policy

    • If you are not satisfied with the product within 14 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund (excludes shipping)
    • We also accept exchanges/replacements for different or similar items
    • All returned items must be in new condition, in original packaging, and include all accessories (if any)

    • All shipping charges must be pre-paid.  If the requested repair or replacement is within the terms of this warranty, SIRS Electronics, Inc. will pay return shipping charges.
