Store Policy

-All of our items we sell are 100% brand new (unless noted) and include a manufacturer's warranty

-Please inspect your goods upon receipt.

-All sales are final unless defective upon delivery.

-Orders ship Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders do not ship on weekends.

-With having a 30 day duration Ebay auction, sometimes the item inventory count may be incorrect due to walk in sales, web site orders and phone orders. We do everything in our power to have accurate item inventory counts on Ebay.

-If the item is on back order or out of stock at the time of your purchase we will send you an email and you will have the option to keep the order in or cancel it and receive a full refund.

-In some cases the image shown may not reflect actual product for the application listed. We some times use a "generic" photo. If you need to see an actual photo you can check the manufacturer's web site. Please read through the full description and contact us if you have any questions.

-In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, BH Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BH Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BH Performance shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

-Our automated system will send a Winning Buyer Notification email to you after purchasing one of our items.  Once the item is paid for you will receive an automated response letting you know that we have received your payment.
 


-Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within PA will be charged the applicable 6% sales tax.

Shipping

-We ship daily through UPS, Fed Ex & USPS.  In most cases the shipping details page will outline which method this item will be shipped by.


 
-Tracking information will be entered into Ebay for you to view under your order details page 24-48 hrs after the item has shipped.
 


-In some cases we may ship your item directly from the manufacturer.
 


-For time sensitive orders please contact us for faster shipping if needed.
 


-Some packages ship with a signature required and will always ship with a signature required for items in the amount of $700 or greater.  If this is a problem please contact us prior to your purchase.
 


-Domestic shipping rates include service within the Continental US (lower 48 states), where Fed Ex & UPS shipments are available. This does not include AK, HI, GU, VI, PR, PO Boxes, Military address/base, APO/FPO and Canada. Additional shipping charges apply to these areas. Please contact us prior to bidding if you live in one of these areas.

-All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. 



-BH Performance accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification.
 


-BH Performance recommends professional installation for every product sold, and all products are for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY, unless clearly noted otherwise.
 


-Any item that is not CARB legal is not permitted for use in CARB states. We can not ship any non-CARB item to a CARB state regardless of your intended use.
 


-All cancellations, exchanges & returns must be authorized by BH Performance and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning products or incoming packages may be denied. 
 


-Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; settlement of all claims are subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
 


-We understand mistakes happen when purchasing items.  That is why we hate restocking fees...so therfore BH Performance does not charge a restocking fee for any returned items.
