Shipping

We offer combined shipping on multiple item orders and items from multple listings from our store. Please use eBay's Cart feature to take advantage of combined shipping. By using the Cart feature, eBay will automatically combine the shipping for you.

All items are shipped from Lincoln, Nebraska .
We have an experienced Shipping Department that operates from 7am - 4pm (Central) Mon-Fri .
Our goal is to ship all eBay orders within 2 business days after payment clears. Most orders placed during the week are shipped the same day. We will send shipping notification when your order has shipped. If your payment has cleared and you do not get a shipping notification within in 2 business days please let us know.

Returns & Cancelling An Order

Returns

If you receive a product from us and are not satisfied or the item is not suitable for your application, you can return it within 30 Days, as long as the item has not been installed or modified and it is in the original manufacturers condition.

A refund will be issued for the cost of the item only.

All returns must be shipped back at the buyers expense with all original parts, manuals and accessories.

We do not accept COD shipments.

All returns must have Return Authorization number written on the box. To obtain a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions call 1-800-488-3407 or contact us through eBay messages.

Cancelling an Order

If you place an order then change your mind, just let us know as soon as possible.
If we have not shipped the order, we will cancel the order without penalty and issue a full refund.
If we have shipped your order, you will need to return the item (at your cost). When we receive
the returned item we will issue a refund for the merchandise only.
