Description:

 

VERSION A
When power on it displays the last power off count value,
which displays 0000( that is to say when the hight level is 0,
it will display as well.)

 

VERSION B
When power on it displays 0, and you need to press “K-” so that
the last power off count value would displays,
which shows 0000( that is to say when the hight level is 0,
it will display as well.)

 

VERSION C
When power on, it displays the last power off count value.
The first power on value shows 0 ( that is to say when the high level is 0,
it doesn't’t display.)

2. Functional Features:
When power on it displays the preset value for 3 seconds,
and then shows the last count value
Automatically data saving as well as manual.
Reset as well as continue to count after the last value.
After setting, it will flicker 3 seconds for the set value.

 

3. Key explanation
There are four keys for different functions.


STR key:
normal count state as clear data and reset alarming output signal
It act as setting position and shifting position

 

SET key:
setting button,
it would enter into setting state after pressing it,
and under this state you can set the alarming value.
After setting, press it again to confirm.

 

K+ key
Press this button to save current count value under the normal state,
while under the setting state, it will add one value

 

K- key
Press this button to display last saved value under the normal state,
while under the setting state, it will minus one value.

 

1)Setting Method
The count value digits is set one by one


Notice:
If you need back to the current value after setting,
please saving current value before setting or
setting after power off the counter.
If you don’t do it, the counter will shows the last saved value or
last power off value after setting instead of the value before you setting.

 

Press setting key once, it counter would enter into the setting state.
The fourth digit(the lowest digit) value (from left, below the same)
would flicker, press and hold K+/K- to set the current digits’ value.
When reach the desired value, press STR key,
the third digit value flickers and now you can set this value.
Repeat the same action to set the second and first digit values.
Each time you press the STR key, it would move forward a digit.
After reaching the first digit, it would move to the fourth digit.
After setting, press the SET key to end the setting state.
And it would flicker the current setting value three times.
During this time, press any key would have no effect.
After flickering, you can start counting.
If you want to start count from 0, press STR,
the value will be set as 0000.


Notice:
No matter which digit you set, press SET can end the setting
and show the current setting value.
That is to say, you don’t need to set all the 4 digits to finish the setting.

 

2) Manual save
After stop counting, if you need save the current, press K+.
This value would show at next time you power on the counter or press K-.

 

3) RESET
Normally, when you press STR, the value will be clear
and the alarming also clear whether it has been output or not.

 

4 Keys and Terminal Explanation

 

External switch switchover Terminal
When you need forward/backward counting switchover,
you can connect self-locking switch.
If not connected, forward counting is default.

 

Output Terminal:
When the counting value is equal to the setting value,
the voltage here would output 12V to drive the relay
to provide the maximum action current.
The max. Action current must less than 300mA.

 

Signal Pattern Switchover Terminal:
Switch to the “IN” signal input.
its place showed in the above picture.
SW is the pattern of switch.
EL means Electorial Level Input.
