With those elements, you would be able to build Solar Chargers - 6V 450mA or 18V 150mA, etc. for toys and MPPT chargers for 1-3 lithium batteries.
Those panels will output 3Watt maximum in good sun shinning conditions, and  if using in door by window or in seasons other than summer, the output  might be down to 1Watt. 
It can provide for wireless communication modules and such devices only need a bit power to run.

Notice:

1. Due to small power solar panels are made by leftover pieces, the  battery size (not the panel size) and color may vary. If you are serious about this, please DO NOT buy! We don't accept chip size or color as a  quality issue, and if you purchase this, that means you had read this  carefully and accept.

2. We will fine select those panels and try to make you receive same  texture and same color panels. We DON'T accept refund or resend due to  color, texture difference.

3.  The output power will be much less if it is not working in a full sun  shining. If your latitude is less than 40, you will be able to get "full sun shining" in noon in summer. In all other conditions, the output  power will loose, about 1/2 or 1/4 of peak output.

4.  Panels must face the sun, and about 45 degrees to get maximum power.  (For USA and most EU contries facing south and for AU facing north).  Working temperature should be limited to less than 65 centigrade.

5.  To measure the panels, you need a 500W Metal Halide Lamp and test with 8-10 inches or an 200W Incandescent Lamp and test in 2-3 inches, you will get a power  similar to 1000W/sq meter. We promise our panels can output never less  than 80% of guaranteed power and most will be more than marked value.  Always be informed that the output power might not reach the rated power if the direction is incorrect and in seasons other than summer.
