Blue Note Records BST 84227 (stereo) (made in USA)  - Joe Henderson - Mode For Joe LP released in 1966. This is an original first pressing from 1966. "Van Gelder" is stamped in the dead wax. The address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc New York USA". The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 10023". 

The condition of the record is near mint minus, no scratches, no scuffs, no spindle wear; there is a manufacturing "dimple" in the middle of track 3, side 1 that produces exactly 9 low thumps when played. The cover is in VG+ condition, no seam or spine splits, no writing or holes; the top and bottom seams are somewhat abraded from shelf wear.
