      • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we received cleared payment from PayPal. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please note that transit time may vary and we have absolutely no control over the time involved to get your package delivered.
      • Please ensure that the address stored in your PayPal account is your correct, complete, and updated address. If it is not, please update it and inform us immediately after placing your order. We are NOT liabel for delayed shipping nor returned package due to incorrect, invalid, or insufficient address. Address change can NOT be requested once the order had been shipped out.

        • Products can be returned for refund/exchange ONLY if the products have not been openned nor used AND if the products are returned within 14 days of receipt. All returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the buyer.
        • Buyer bears all the costs involved to ship the products back to us.
        • Restocking fee might apply for non-defective product return.
        • Returns that involved defective/damaged product is an exception. We will gladly ship the replacement in a timely manner.
        • If the original product purchased is no longer available, the buyer is entitled for an exchange with another product that has the same value.
