Receipt of postage always obtained and no responsibility accepted for non delivery.  Item will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class or International Air Mail Small Parcel post (unless alternative postage method paid for) and any delivery failure should be taken up with Royal Mail.   Royal Mail do not consider an item to be non-delivered or lost until 10 working days after posting for delivery within UK & 20 working days for delivery to rest of World
