Imported Models / Direct Import Models:

Some of the items we offer are directly imported by us from overseas vendors. At the top of the page you can see a title "Item Specifics", if you find a statement there that the item is directly imported by seller or is an "Import Model" then it means the following: The Direct import items are imported by us and are not originally intended for sale in the U.S. Depending on the country of origin, international versions of a product may differ from domestic versions in their packaging, Charger / AC adapters, Printed manual and manufacturer warranty.
The item you will buy from us is ready to operate and is provided with all original accessories, and with an AC adapter (if needed) an access to English manual (may be Printed, or on CD, or a PDF file). Warranty information is provided above, in the "item specifics" section.

General Shipping Policies

We currently ship to over 130 Countries Worldwide!

We cannot ship to: P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO.

We ship directly to buyers. We will ship only to a customer's own private shipping address. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarders or any forwarding agent (Aramex and such).
We need to ship directly to you, and promise to match the cheapest offer! - Send us the quote you have from your mail forwarder and we will match it, or provide you with a better price!

Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery (in accordance with PayPal & Credit Card processor requirements). Please make sure you are at the ship to address to sign for the package.

In order to ship your package we will need to provide the carrier with a working phone number. please send us an updated phone number with your payment details.

We usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days. This processing time is required for all shipments, Express as well as standard.

Please call us and speak with a representative if you need your package to be shipped faster.

The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth).

You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item.

We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address.

We cannot add special instructions note for the carrier. The carrier will arrive at the ship-to address and you will have to sign for the package.

If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please contact us if you have questions.

We can only ship to a verified address.

Return Policies

We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service.
If there is any problem with the item please call us at 1.516.342.5346. We solve all issues.

Before returning an item you must contact customer service at 1.516.342.5346 / 1.866.378.6587 (toll free) to obtain a return approval (RMA number).
If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package & it will be returned to you.
New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement (it is your choice).

Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you. All items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in original unopened boxes. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included and in the original condition. Do not make any marking on the manufacturer box, and do not use it as a shipping box - put the items in an additional carton for shipping.

Manufacture defective items (or DOA) must be reported within 4 days of the date of delivery. We will replace the reported items with new ones.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping.

Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given.
Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.

Restocking fee of 10% for handling and processing will be charge for returning new items that meet the above policies.
Any item that does not meet the above conditions is not eligible for a return.
