So fabulous in person!

Offered here is the RARE incredible limited production 14KT white gold Art Deco wind up woman's watch by Elgin. It is called "The lady and the Lion (Tiger)". This book cover piece ladies wrist watch has been featured in books. Very famous watch!

 Features black and gold enamel on either side of the watch face.

A Lady Elgin. Manual wind movement. This watch is all original.  Case is 17 mm wide not including crown, 29 mm long from lug tip to lug tip and 7 mm thick. Total weight is 14.1 grams. 21.7 grams with the band.

 The movement is stamped  - 15 jewels, #3037175, Elgin, USA. 

We do not like the stretchy band that came with it so, we are offering you a choice of a band as shown. We like the dark brown one the best. We think it goes the best! The jeweler may need to do this for you.

 Please see our original photographs and use them as an extension of our written description. There is light wear on the enamel. We did not refinish the face, but you may decide to make the face look like new again at your jewelers.

Insurance is included.

As this is a watch and is a mechanical object, we cannot guarantee it. It could be dropped in shipment and stop running. Like we said above it was just serviced . The watch was serviced, but has since stopped working. Watches stop if they sit and are not  wound everyday .  May only need some oil to get it running again.  Please do not over wind it. We will pack this in a box with lots of bubble and peanuts to protect it.
