We ship via UPS exclusively. Delivery confirmation and tracking number is included. The confirmation is your proof that we shipped it and our proof that you received it.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS DO TO LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING.

All items are processed once payment is received. All items are shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. You will be assured that each wheelchair will be very well packed, padded, and boxed in a sturdy container. It should arrive safely.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:

• The pictures used in this auction are of the actual product for sale
• All products are exactly as described in our auction listing
• All items are in stock and prepared for shipment (we never sell items that are not in our inventory)
• NEW items are BRAND NEW, unopened and never used. New wheelchairs are brand new and free from defects and carry a manufacturer's warranty.
• The words "DEMO" or "DEALER DEMO" describes a product that is a dealer's show room model or has been used in the field as a demonstration model. These products are new but may have some wear, e.g. blemishes or scratches due to handling in the field and therefore cannot be sold as new. These items have not been used by consumers. All the products as sold are carefully checked for safe use before being sold to consumers.
• USED items are just that; used items that are trade-ins by our clients, and are inspected, cleaned and refurbished for re-sale by our in-house repair department.

RETURNS:

• 14 day return on NEW and DEMO items only
• USED items are sold AS-IS and are non-refundable
• All products that are damaged upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of item:    
• A full refund of the sale or bid price will be issued on a case by case basis.
• All returns must have an RMA number.
• All sales are final after 14 days.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping -no exceptions
• All returned products will be inspected before any refund is issued.
• If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, a partial refund may be issued.
• All applicable warranties will be handled through the original manufacturer unless otherwise specified.
• All products returned under our 14 day return policy that are represented accurately in the above description will be assessed a 20% restocking fee of the sale price. Shipping is completely non-refundable on such items. Your bid is your acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.
