2. Those that do not follow our terms and conditions are PERMANENTLY BLOCKED from buying from us and many other sellers.

PAYMENTS

1. We accept PayPal only.

2. Because of our deep discounted offers, payment has to be received within 3 days of purchase; otherwise eBay will be reported for all nonpaying bidders.

3. If shipping address is in GA, a 6% sales tax will apply.

SHIPPING

1. Usually, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of cleared payment.

2. We are unable to use shipping carrier of your choice.

3. COMBINED SHIPPING: Buyer MUST get approval of combined rate from us BEFORE bidding. We are unable to provide any discounts after you purchase/win items.

4. There are NO COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS in auction-style listings.

5. Shipping charges also include handling and packaging costs.

6. Tracking number will be updated on your PayPal transaction once package has been shipped.

7. Please check your PayPal before emailing us for tracking information request.

8. We only ship to CONFIRMED ADDRESS in PayPal.

9. If you need us to ship to an alternate address, please make sure your alternate address is included in the order.

10. WE CANNOT SHIP TO OTHER ADDRESSES THAT YOU MIGHT SEND AFTER THE PAYMENT IS SENT. We cannot cancel the order once it is already shipped.

11. We ship to Virgin Islands, PR, Guam, Saipan, APO, FPO, DPO and, USA P.O. boxes with USPS rate.

12. Please understand: we have limited control once the package leaves our warehouse. We are NOT responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in your front door or in the mail, if tracking info has proved "DELIVERED".

13. Please DO NOT accept a delivery if the package appears to be damaged or tempered with. Once you accept the package, there is no way you claim later that the package was damaged or items are missing inside. You should just “return it to sender” when you detect any problem with the package BEFORE accepting it.

INTERNATIONAL

1. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary WIDELY, particularly during the holiday season.

2. USPS First Class Mail International is the cheapest but, is not available on all items and there is no tracking number with it. Please do not select this option unless you are willing to wait 3-6 weeks for delivery.

3. USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL is the Best Value with a Tracking number. Usually, you receive your package within 7-14 days.

4. VERY IMPORTANT: No matter which method of shipment you choose, now-a-days, many times, packages are held by the customs in USA or in your country. In such a case, the shipment may take 3-8 weeks.

5. Please notify us if you do not receive your item in 4 weeks. After 8 weeks of non-receipt, we are able to start the refund process for you.

6. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibilities. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

7. Buyers MUST contact us before purchasing multiple items of the same listing to ensure correct shipping charge calculation.

FEEDBACK

1. Positive feedback is provided on every transaction you make with us and we ask that you do the same.

2. Once we have been notified that you have received your item and are happy with it, we will post you a feedback.

3. For any reason, if you decide to leave a neutral or negative feedback, please contact us first and let us mutually resolve it. It is impossible to address issues if we do not know about them!

SELECTION OF ITEMS

1. If selection is offered in the listing, buyer MUST select the size, color or type whichever applies to the dresses or other items in the PayPal message during payment transmission.

2. If you do not select your size in PayPal message, we will wait till we know your desired size and/or selection before shipping.

3. Please send an eBay message immediately to let us know of your selection.

4. In some cases, we may ship any available selection if buyer does not select in PayPal message.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

(These terms apply ONLY for the items where returns are accepted)

1. Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 24 hours of the delivery.

2. Buyers MUST take clear and legible pictures of the shipping label, inside and outside of the package and items; and, send them to our eBay message inbox for any return/refund/exchange/claims.

3. In order to return an item, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

4. Return item must be received within 7 days after RMA Number is issued.

5. Return item must be attached with original invoice and original retail box and packaging.

6. The RMA number must be written clearly on the package/box.

7.  Customers are required to pay for shipping fees for return items- NO EXCEPTIONS. That includes, for example (but not limited to), you have ordered a horse and we shipped a donkey! Also includes (but not limited to): buyer’s fault, seller’s fault, carrier’s fault and nobody’s fault.

Defective/Wrong Items:

1. Minor manufacturer blemishes or dirt marks in the materials are not qualified for returns as defective items.

2. We will accept return for an even exchange if a replacement is available. Otherwise, we will process a refund of the selling amount.

3. Shipping and handling fees will NOT be refunded in ANY situation- NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. If returned item is tested to be non-defective, customers need to pay extra for re-shipping the item.

Return Items:

1. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fees for cancel order or refund.

2. We will refund selling price only, shipping and handling fees will NOT be refunded in ANY situation- NO EXCEPTIONS.

3. Items returned without an RMA number or after 7 days will NOT be accepted or processed.

4. If you selected the size/type and after receiving it, you find it to be the wrong size/type- then it is not our fault and, is not qualified for any refunds. We will exchange it as a courtesy provided you send it at your cost and also provide us with return shipping and handling charges.
