This boleite crystal is colored the characteristic dark navy blue and is extremely sharp. The "cubic" crystal is in fact a tetragonal crystal, as indicated the by the beveled corners of the cube. There is only minor damage to one small area on the edge of the crystal. The mine has been closed for many years now, and good crystals have become very scarce.
