Measurements are abit over 10" Long from exterior back of heel to tip of toe~Interior Measures about 9-1/2" in length~3-1/4" wide each~Heels over 1" high each~Please check against your own or similar items~I am a 7-7-1/2 Medium..sometimes an 8...I can get my foot into these, but too tight across instep as AA as well as abit long in the toe...thou heel fits ok...these are too small for me
