Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm PST. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and ALL holidays. All questions will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped only during our business hours. We encourage customers to use eBay's Messaging System for communications. Contacting us through eBay rather than emaling us will greatly cut down our response time. If you still choose to email us instead, your email should include your eBay item #, your user ID, and should be sent from the email address that is registered with eBay.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Return shipping & handling costs are not refundable, except in the case of DOA items
Only items in the original packaging can be returned for a refund. Restocking Fees may apply.
DOA claims can only be made within 30 days of purchase.

If an item is found to be DOA (defective on arrival) or if an incorrect item was shipped by our mistake, the buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and will give the seller a reasonable amount of time to process said return. All presumed defective and/or wrong items must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before being returned. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of DOA items, in which we may provide the customer with a return shipping label. All DOA claims will be investigated. If an item is found to NOT be defective by our investigation, all shipping and handling cost will be subtracted, and only a partial refund will be made.
