Our couriers

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners. If there is no-one available to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card will be left to advise of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a collection or schedule a new delivery date.

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for another size/colour or alternatively for another item if preferred.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and also request a receipt for proof of postage.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel may take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, please note refunds will only be issued once it arrives back us. Please could you re-pack the item in the same condition it was received with all labels and tags attached either in the original packaging or suitable packaging and also include the original invoice for the items clearly stating the reason for the return either exchange or refund.
