Grade Description CVD coated carbide for finishing to roughing in applications with continuous cut to light intermittence of Steel and Steel castings. A gradient substrate optimized in hardness and toughness with a wear resistant coating. Able to withstand high temperatures without sacrificing edge line security in wet and dry applications.
Geometry Information PF geometry gives accurate chip flow in axial and radial turning, chamfering and back facing operations. A good finishing type light cutting geometry with low cutting forces suitable for slender shafts, thin-walled and unstably clamped components and where a good surface finish is a priority.

All UK parcels are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For as the minimum delivery method so a signature will be required.

INTERNATIONAL
All parcels are posted using Airmail and never using surface mail.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. Buyers are responsible for these charges which you may or may not be charged. Please check your own countrys customs information to see what these possible charges may be. Please be aware that International shipments can be subject to being opened and inspected by custom authorities.

RETURNS


If  you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by Email within 7 business days of receipt. All item(s) must be returned within 14 days and must be in their original condition.
