Shipping
Our goal is to ship within 24-hours of cleared payment. (Our shipping department is closed all weekends and Federal holidays).
We usually ship USPS based on purchase value:
$1-$250: USPS First Class
$251-$850: USPS Priority Mail
$850 and up: USPS Priority Express, signature delivery
Customers are welcome to pre-pay and specify alternative shipping options.
Certain merchandise may specify a shipping cost and/or alternative shipping class options depending on customer’s location, size or weight of the item and/or other considerations.
Pickup
In person pick-up is always welcome during store hours. Please let us know at least one day in advance that you will be picking the item up in person. Pick-ups are at our main store: 6005 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
In person pick-ups can be pre-paid through the PayPal System or may be paid in Cash at the time of pick-up.
