This movement is for the Futurematic wristwatch made in the early 1950's!!  The part is new-old stock and never used. The package is marked "Part No. 13 Le Coultre Genuine Material Model 12" 497 Balance Staff 1/12 Dozen".   This is an excellent chance to pick up a vintage part in excellent condition!
