While many of our items include free shipping within the mainland USA, some items will have a shipping charge. For items with shipping charges, we will offer combined shipping rates whenever possible. Combined shipping rates will be determined by Y2PLAY Stores upon request. When purchasing multiple items, please use the eBay 'Add to Cart' feature and then request a combined invoice. Allow time for Y2PLAY Stores to calculate combined shipping rates and send a revised invoice before completing payment. We highly recommend that you provide a shipping address to which all major carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) can deliver.

Items shipping to USA locations beyond the mainland 48 States (and District of Columbia), PO Boxes, and military addresses may be subject to additional shipping costs. Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of receipt of your order. For eligible customers, we use eBay's built-in returns system; for customers who cannot use this system, please message us for an RMA# and further instructions, should you decide to return an item. If you are desiring to exchange an item, we recommend that you contact us directly and not use the eBay returns system. Return shipping and insurance fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. Most items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee upon return.

Items must be in new condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included exactly as they were received. Some items are not returnable as follows: chalked cues, liquid or aerosol products that have been removed from their packaging, items which may touch the mouth (mouthpieces, microphones, harmonicas, etc.) if they have been opened or removed from their original packaging.
