Combined Shipping: We are happy to combine shipping on any multiple piece order. We expect that on any combined shipment the invoice be paid within 5 days of the original purchase. Combined shipping costs are calculated with a base rate plus 1.49 for each additional item on the invoice. We use an automated unpaid item system so reminders will be sent at the 5 day mark following a sale.
Returns: We offer a 14 day return policy. If you are returning an items because it was damaged in shipping or you are not satisfied with the item PLEASE contact us first. We will do everything we can to get you an agreeable resolution. We also ask that when you return an item please take care in how you package it for the return. You may be responsible if the item is damaged during return shipping.
Do you service and test items before sale? Yes we do! We service and test every operating piece prior to sale. We have a full service department that goes through every engine we sell. In each listing there is a photo of a “Service Slip” which will identify the operational condition of the Locomotive.
Do you do repairs? Yes! We have an MTH Service Station and a Lionel Service Station in house. We also have a top notch DCC installer and repair technician. If it rolls on a rail there is someone here who can work on it.
Are you a real store? Yes we are! We have a 4000 square foot store in Denver Co and over 100 years of combined train experience on hand to answer questions.
Can I call you if I have a question? YES! We keep normal business hours M-F 8-5 and Saturday 9-1. We are happy to help and here to create a positive eBay experience.
