Shipping
In order to keep up with demand, we maintain a high volume of products inventory. This enables us to ship most orders received by 4:30 PM, PST, the same day!

Customer Service
Our Satisfaction Guarantee "We guarantee your absolute satisfaction - 100% of the time." If you are not satisfied with products within 30 days after delivery, please send it back for exchange, or refund. "NO question ask! NO restocking fee!" Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. We will issue a refund depending on the original form of payment (Credit Card, Paypal) within 14 days after we receive the return package. At SF Cable it is our desire to process returns as quick as possible. We cannot process a return without issuing an RMA #. Please DO NOT send products back to us without an RMA #.
