Shipping

FREE SHIPPING ON BOX ORDERS! Most orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail service. You can combine 11 sq ft box orders and single sheet orders and it is only a $10 flat rate shipping charge. Delivery times are from 1 to 5 days depending on your region. Orders can only be shipped to a physical address. Larger orders will be shipped by Old Dominion Freight Lines.

Return Policy

All items are guaranteed to arrive in 100% perfect condition. Items are packed very well in a foam in place system for safe shipping. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, your item will be replaced at no charge. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and provide us with the sales invoice number and photographs of the damage. Otherwise, we accept returns minus shipping cost associated, plus a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 7 days and tracking info provided.
