If paying by cheque please allow 5 working days from receipt for clearance into our bank. Cheques should be made payable to 'The Turkish Emporium Ltd' and be in Pounds Sterling only.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your wishes. Please contact us by email on receiving the item you are dissatisfied with and we will work to resolve the issue for you.

Please return items within 7 days of receipt in the exact condition as sent, unworn including tags attached and all packaging where applicable. When returning we recommend using a recorded/insured service as we can not be held responsible if a returned item is lost in the mail. Before returning please contact us with the reason for return.

Please note that shipping and handling costs are at the customer's expense, unless we are in error.

If cleared payment has been received by 1pm goods are usually despatched the following business day.

UK Bidders: Items are despatched using either Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded or Special Delivery service. For heavier items we also offer a DHL courier service. Please see auction details for shipping prices.

International Bidders (EU): Items will be despatched with Royal Mails Airmail service.

International Bidders (outside EU): All items are marked as a gift with low value to reduce the risk of custom fees, however we are not responsible for any tax/duty that may arise.

Any available postage discounts will automatically be deducted from your invoice on checkout.
