Your purchase will be sent via Royal Mail. We aim to post the goods within 1 working days after cleared payment has been received. We will inform you via e-mail when your goods have been despatched.

If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.

Please complete the eBay checkout within 3 days of the auction/fixed priced closing date. Payment is requested within 7 days.

We accept the following payment methods:

Return your item within 30 days of purchase.

The item is to be returned unworn (in original condition) with original packaging. Please include your invoice number in your returns package to speed up your refund. Customers will be responsible for the item until it reaches us.

We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs. A refund will be given once the item has been received.

If an exchange is required then the buyer must pay for the additional postal cost.
