This is "Samantha," a Robin Woods vinyl doll from the Pennsylvania company of the same name.  This doll came out in the 1980s/  She is all vinyl and dressed in a navy blue suit with straw hat.  White socks and red shoes complete her outfit.  She is 14" tall and has a gorgeous painted face with painted green eyes.  She comes with a wagon and a teddy bear. She comes in her original box. She has never been played with' from dealer's old stock.
