DIGICARE is a consumer electronics repair agent based in Telford, Shropshire. Its Headquarters are sited less than a mile from junction 4 on the M54 motorway and within easy reach of East Midlands and Birmingham airports. Digicare was founded in July 2004 as a major authorised repair centre for Samsung Electronics (UK), repairing all types of consumer and business products. It has one of Samsung Europe's leading laptop repair operations, along with on-site field engineers around the country repairing large business printers on behalf of Samsung (UK). The company has since diversified into repair and rework for many other companies including Microsoft, O2, LG, Carphone warehouse and Epson: ranging from large contracts to small rework exercises as required. Digicare is ISO 9001:2008 certified and the quality of workmanship and customer service are constantly monitored.

 In January 2009 DIGICARE became a designated supplier of Samsung camera parts and accessories: and in July 2009 the Telford headquarters became an EPSON express centre enabling EPSON customers to carry-in faulty printers for an instant diagnosis and repair.
